Formula E has become a prestigious electric car racing event in the world since it was first held in 2014. Unlike conventional racing, this series combines cutting-edge technology, sustainability concepts, and thrilling racing action through the streets of major cities around the globe. Indonesia had the opportunity to be part of Formula E history when Jakarta hosted the Jakarta E-Prix for the first time in Season 8. The inaugural race, held at the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC) on June 4, 2022, was won by Mitch Evans of Jaguar TCS Racing.
In the following year, Season 9, Jakarta was once again trusted to host the race with a double-header format on June 3–4, 2023. The first race was won by Pascal Wehrlein of the Porsche Formula E Team, while the second race was claimed by Maximilian Günther of Maserati MSG Racing.
After being absent in Season 10, Formula E is finally returning to Jakarta in Season 11 (2025). Consisting of 11 teams and 22 drivers, the Jakarta E-Prix will be held on June 21, 2025. The 2025 Jakarta E-Prix is not only a sporting event but also a driver of economic growth.
FIA Formula E once released data stating that the Jakarta race in June 2022 was the first Formula E race in Asia since 2019 and the most-watched domestic race in the history of 100 Formula E championship races, with a cumulative audience of 27.6 million in Indonesia. A year later, this grew to 27 million fans. The audience's enthusiasm and the challenging Ancol street circuit have made Jakarta one of the most anticipated destinations on the Formula E racing calendar.

Circuit Map
The Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC), stretching 2.37 km, is inspired by the "Kuda Lumping" – a traditional Javanese dance featuring colorful, woven bamboo horses "ridden" by the performers. The dance involves trance-like movements, during which dancers often display feats of strength and endurance — qualities that drivers will also need to conquer this circuit.
Since its debut in Season 8, the track has been praised by drivers, despite the challenging hot and humid conditions. The circuit begins with a long straight leading into a tight opening sector, followed by a series of banked corners, before entering sharp, tight turns at the end of the lap, then returning to the fast main straight at the start/finish line.

E-tickets will be directly sent to your email and WhatsApp after the purchase. Please make sure you register an active email and WhatsApp number during the reservation process.
Everyone can buy a ticket for the event. Children aged 2 (two) years and older, will be charged the full ticket price like adults. On the day of the event, children under 16 should be supervised by adults, and no children under the age of 4 are allowed to enter the 2025 Jakarta E-Prix Circuit area.
Customers do not need to buy Ancol Entrance Ticket separately as the Ancol Entrance ticket is included in the 2025 Jakarta E-Prix Circuit ticket.
