Visitors must present tickets in print when entering the area of JIEXPO Kemayoran. Visitors are advised to spare time for queuing in anticipating to high number of visitors taking the shuttles.

Electric cars are entitled for parking spaces if the owners / riders hold tickets of corporate tickets, which are Corporate Suite and Corporate Lounge.

Taking pictures and videos with private mobile phones or camera are allowed, as long as strictly for private and personal use, e.g., social media use for non-commercial purpose. Professional camera tools, such as tripod, are not allowed.

Visitors are not allowed to bring meals and drinks. Visitors can buy meals and drinks on location.

Gates are open at 08.00 Jakarta time and visitors enjoy the following program.
08.10 – 08.40 : Free practice 2
10.40 – 11.55 : Qualification
14.45 – 15.00 : Opening ceremony
15.04 : The race (45 minutes+ 1 lap)
16.00 : Podium ceremony
17.00 onwards : Music festival

Only Sky Lounge Package ticket holders can visit the pit area.

Access is arranged for visitors’ convenience, as follows.

Festival ticket holders can get into the AGI Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit via four access points: PGU Selatan, Barat, Busway and Marina. Festival ticket holders must show their e-ticket to the officer and will get bracelets. Festival ticket holders use public transportation as no parking spaces available.

Grandstand ticket holders can take the free return (two-way) shuttles from JIEXPO Kemayoran by showing the print ticket when entering JIEXPO Kemayoran and the shuttles. Grandstand ticket holders must show the print ticket to AGI Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit at the entrance. Grandstand ticket holders who drive cars / motorcycles can park their cars at the JIEXPO Kemayoran.

VIP ticket holders can get into AGI Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit by taking free shuttles at JIEXPO Kemayoran. VIP ticket holders must show their print tickets when entering JIEXPO Kemayoran, drivers of the shuttles and officials when entering the zones designated for VIP.

Corporate Lounge ticket holders get AGI Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit through Taman Impian Jaya Ancol by showing the free pass to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol and the two-day Jakarta E-Prix tickets. If visitors drive electric cars, they are entitled of dedicated parking slots at the AGI Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit. Corporate Lounge are designated at Corporate Suite at the 1st floor, Corporate Suite on the 2nd floor, Corporate Suite on the 3rd floor, Corporate lounge at the Rooftop.

Sky Lounge Package ticket holders can get into AGI Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit via Taman Impian Jaya Ancol by showing the free pass to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol and the two-day Jakarta E-Prix tickets. Fifty Sky Lounge ticket holders have dedicated parking spaces for their electric cars.
